Cancellation policy

Payment is made at the appointment. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee, payable by bank transfer or added to your next appointment.

  • The consultant initiates with a brief discussion about your health, lifestyle and taking a medical history. It would be helpful to come with your list of medications in order to aid a holistic assessment.

    Next, a short physical examination may be carried out. This includes checking your blood pressure, peripheral and central pulse, inspecting your tongue, and gently palpating your abdomen. As part of the assessment, you will be asked to show your abdomen to below the waist for examination purposes to ensure accuracy and comfort.

    During the treatment, thin, sterile needles will be gently placed at specific points on your body.

    For many conditions, a short course of treatments is recommended to achieve the best results. The first session typically takes about one hour, while follow-up treatments are usually around 45 minutes
