I am a registered nurse and qualified acupuncturist with a passion for helping patients achieve balance and wellbeing in mind, body, and spirit.

I began my healthcare journey in China, graduated as a registered nurse in 1993, and migrated to the UK in 2007. I furthered my studies at the University of York, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and have since worked in the NHS as a Clinical Specialist Nurse and Non-Medical Prescriber.

Alongside my nursing career, I completed a foundation acupuncture course, becoming a licensed practitioner and continually advancing my skills in Five Elements Acupuncture. I have also earned a Diploma in Reflexology, which allows me to integrate complementary therapies alongside conventional care.

My unique background bridges Western pharmaceutical and medical knowledge with Traditional Chinese Medicine, giving me a comprehensive understanding of treating patients holistically. I focus not only on symptoms but also on underlying patterns of imbalance, supporting your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

I approach every patient with compassion, empathy, and friendliness, while maintaining efficiency, confidence, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure your experience is safe, comfortable, and effective.
